The
palm kernel cracker and separator machine is composed of a feeding hoist, a shelling machine and a separating machine. It can remove three levels of palm kernel shells of different specifications at one time, and the output can reach 1T per hour. This machine is also used to process almonds, hazelnuts, peach kernels, etc.
Palm Kernel Processing Flow:
The palm kernel cracking machine is a combined machine, including screening, one-stage shelling, two-stage shelling, three-stage shelling, and four-stage discharging.
1. Lifting: The palm kernel enters the screening machine through the elevator to separate three or more levels, and then enters the three shellers through the dividing hopper to start shelling.
2. Shelling: When the palm kernel passes through the gap between the pressure rollers at all levels of processing, the hard shell is squeezed. The cracking gap of the palm kernel cracker is adjusted and matched according to the size of the palm kernel of each grade, so as to ensure the clean shelling and the complete kernel.
3. Separation of shell and kernel: the palm shell and kernel mixed together after cracking enter the shell and kernel separator. After separation, the kernels come out of one material port, and the shell comes out of the other material port.
Operating Instructions of the Palm Kernel Cracker and Separator Machine:
1. Before using this machine, first adjust the gap size of the first, second, and third-stage processing rollers according to the size of the palm kernel.
2. After the gap is adjusted, it can be powered on. The order of startup is: total vibrating screen → three-stage processing → two-stage processing → first-stage processing → hoist → feeding.
3. In mass processing, first put in a small amount of palm kernels to check whether the gap between the pressure rollers at all levels is appropriate. If the crushing of processed palm kernels is severe, please adjust the gap again until the desired effect is achieved.
4. After processing, the palm kernel cracking machine must be stopped in the following order: hoist → first-level processing → second-level processing → third-level processing → total vibrating screen.
