Hemp seed shelling and sorting equipment includes: feeding hopper, raw material elevator, shelling machine, sorting machine, separator, etc., sorting machine, suction and return system, and centralized control cabinet.

The hemp seeds are fed from the hopper and enter the shelling machine through the elevator for shelling. After dehulling, the material is a mixture of skins, seeds and kernels and enters the sorting machine to remove the skins in the mixed material. The dehulled material enters the kernel sorting machine to separate the kernels. The unhulled kernels slip back to the elevator and enter the hemp sheller to be hulled again.

Repair and Maintenance of Equipment:
1. The grease should be replaced after each motor runs for 6000 hours, and the vibration motor should use high temperature grease.
2. The fixing bolts of the vibration motor should be tightened at least once every production shift.
3. When the lubricating oil in the reducer of the screw unloader is lower than two-thirds of the oil standard, the lubricating oil must be added in time.
