Shelling Principle of Automatic Almond Hazelnut Shelling Machine

1. The raw materials are fed into the screening machine (flat sieve or drum sieve for selection) through the elevator, and then are separated into three or more grades. And then separated into three shelling machines for shelling through separate hoppers.

2. Shelling gap according to the size of the raw material to adjust, to complete the shelling clean nuts complete. After shelling by almond shelling machine, shell and kernel respectively into the 2 shell kernel separator(Small amount kenel can be combined to a separator).

3. Shell kernel separator, the shell and kernel are separated, a material mouth out of the kernel, another material discharge shell, and then enter into the storage impurity sorting machine.

4. The stock screening machine screens the impurities of the broken shell and feeds it into the immersion machine quantitatively.

5. Wet peeling machine is used to remove soaked nuts, automatic feeding and discharging.

6. The wet peeler removes the soaked kernel skin.

7. The peeled nuts are manually picked from the air-dried belt to remove the nuts and then sent to the hoist.

8. Nuts from the elevator into the drying and cooling one machine drying and cooling at low temperature, out of the kernel is finished at room temperature, the material directly packaged.
