While our factory typically provides on-site installation support, the Korean customer's factory has capable technical personnel who opted not to require this service. Despite this, we remain dedicated to customer satisfaction and offered remote support and assistance throughout the process.

The delivery experience highlighted our adaptability and commitment to customer service. Despite the language and distance barriers, our team effectively communicated with the customer to ensure a smooth delivery process. We provided detailed instructions for the installation and operation of the equipment, ensuring that the customer could begin using the machines as soon as they were received.

Our remote support and assistance were comprehensive, covering everything from troubleshooting to operational guidance. Through video calls and emails, we were able to address any questions or concerns the customer had, ensuring they felt supported throughout the entire process.
